Battling has arrived at the Ukrainian capital Kyiv after Russians sent off a full-scale intrusion of the country from three principle headings.
Troops are progressing from the north; from the east through Donetsk, Luhansk, Kharkiv and Sumy; and from Crimea in the south.
Many targets have been struck, as Russian soldiers have filled Ukraine and sent off rocket strikes on significant urban communities.
The battle for Kyiv
Russian soldiers showed up in the Obolon region of Kyiv on Friday, under 6 miles (9km) from the downtown area.
